K-Beauty Products

Our K-beauty skincare, haircare, and makeup products are currently available for delivery only to the United States and Germany.

United States

We offer free shipping on orders over $35 USD.

For orders of $35 or less, the shipping cost is calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days.

Germany

We offer free shipping on orders over €35 EUR.

For orders of €35 or less, the shipping cost is calculated and displayed at checkout.

The estimated delivery time is shown at checkout.

Duties and import taxes

K-beauty orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Import duties and customs taxes are handled by the carrier, so customers will not be asked to pay additional customs charges upon delivery.

Any applicable sales tax or VAT may still be included in the product price or calculated at checkout.

Vivian Cosmetic

Vivian Cosmetic products are available for delivery only within Italy.

Standard shipping costs €5. We offer free shipping on Vivian Cosmetic orders of €100 or more.

Estimated delivery time is 2 business days.

Because these are domestic deliveries within Italy, customers do not pay customs duties or import taxes. Any applicable VAT is included in the product price or calculated at checkout.

Separate Shipments

K-beauty and Vivian Cosmetic products have different shipping destinations and arrangements. If products in the cart cannot be delivered to the selected country, checkout may not be available for those items.

Delivery Estimates

All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier operations, severe weather, public holidays, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped. Additional shipping charges may apply if a parcel is returned because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete.

Order Tracking

When tracking is available, customers will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details after the order has been dispatched. Tracking information may take some time to update after the carrier receives the parcel.
