7-Day Return Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition as received — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
- All original packaging and documentation (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) must be included, unopened with seals intact where applicable
We do not accept returns for items that are:
- Damaged, missing parts, or in unsellable condition due to customer negligence, misuse, or tampering
- Resized, damaged, or altered after delivery
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food)
- Personal care and beauty products
- Sale items
- Gift cards
How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at support@taketoshop.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable — if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that TAKETOSHOP can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
