Shipping Policy

Shipping Information

All orders are safely delivered via a secure tracking system. We offer multiple shipping options (Standard, Economy, and Express) to best suit your needs.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays. Our handling/processing time is 3 to 5 business days.

Shipping Speeds (excluding handling time of 3–5 days)

  • Standard: 7–21 days
  • Economy: 5–7 days
  • Express: 3–5 days

There may be slight differences depending on the destination country. Express shipping to Australia typically takes 1 week.

Shipping Insurance

Shipping insurance is included in the shipping cost. Your shipments are protected against physical loss or damage from external causes during transportation.

Duties & Taxes (DDU)

Your order will be shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are due upon arrival and are the responsibility of the customer. TAKETOSHOP has no responsibility for any additional charges that may apply.

DDP Countries (Taxes & Duties Covered)

For orders shipped via Standard Shipping to the following countries, taxes and duties are fully covered — no extra payment is required upon delivery:

  • North America: United States
  • Europe: Belgium, Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Austria, Finland, Ireland, Sweden, Denmark, Greece, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia

Required Information by Country

Some countries require personal identification of the importer:

  • Argentina: ID Number (Cuit/Cuil, DNI, or Passport)
  • Chile: VAT/Tax ID
  • Brazil: CNPJ/CPF Tax ID
  • Turkey: VAT/Tax ID (for goods €22 or more) or TR ID Number
  • India: VAT/Tax ID + government-issued ID + Authorization Letter
  • Bermuda: Supplier's original invoice or proof of purchase

Special Shipping Notes

  • Cosmetic products can only be shipped to Spain via Standard shipping, and only to mainland Spain (excluding postal codes: 35xxx, 38xxx, 51xxx, 52xxx, 07xxx).
  • Philippines: Standard & Economy available for most areas. Express only for Palawan Island (5314–5317) and Mindoro Island (5110–5111). Some areas may experience long-term delays.
  • USA – Alaska, Hawaii, PR, VI, MP, AS: Economy/Express only. Standard shipping is not available. Additional charges may apply — please contact us before ordering.
  • US APO military bases: US Economy shipping only.
  • Europe (excluding UK, France, Germany, Spain, Switzerland, Norway): Food and supplements cannot be shipped via Standard shipping — please choose Economy or Express.
